FIRSTRAND LIMITED AND FIRSTRAND BANK LIMITED CREDIT RATINGS UPDATE

On 23 April 2026, S&P Global Ratings (S&P) assigned its BB/B long- and short-term resolution counterparty ratings to FRB.
S&P also raised the FirstRand's long-term national scale rating to zaAA from zaA+ and the short-term national scale rating
to zaA-1+ from zaA-1.
