Portfolios in the 10X Exchange Traded Fund Scheme registered as such in terms of
the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002, managed by 10X Fund
Managers (RF) Proprietary Limited (“10X”).

Notification of change in sponsor

In accordance with paragraph 2.6 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, 10X have decided to change its JSE sponsor. The sponsor services
provided by African Bank Limited (Business and Commercial Banking Division) will
end on 31 August 2026.

Prescient Structured Product Advisory Proprietary Limited ("Prescient") will be
appointed as professional advisor to 10X with effect from 1 September 2026 to provide
the relevant services required in terms of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities
Listings Requirements. Ben Meyer, the Managing Director of Prescient, will act as the
Designated Person for 10X from 1 September 2026.
