("eMedia" or the "Company" or the "Group")

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN EXTERNAL AUDITOR

Shareholders are advised that, following the conclusion of a tender process, the Audit Committee has
recommended, and the Board has endorsed, the proposed appointment of Forvis Mazars, with Rochelle
Murugan as the designated audit partner, to succeed BDO SOUTH AFRICA as external auditors of eMedia
Holdings for the financial year ending 31 March 2025.

The proposed appointment of Forvis Mazars will be put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting,
scheduled for 29 August 2024. If approved by shareholders, the appointment of Forvis Mazars will be effective
from 1 September 2024.

The change in external auditors is to align to the same auditor of the Company's ultimate holding company.
BDO SOUTH AFRICA's term as external auditor will end on release of the 2024 financial year results which we
expect to released by no later than the 31st of July 2024.

The Board and the Audit Committee thank BDO SOUTH AFRICA for their excellent services and commitment to
eMedia over the years and look forward to working with Forvis Mazars.
