With regard to the results for the year ended 30 June 2024 released on the Stock Exchange News
Service of the JSE Limited ("JSE") on 19 September 2024, shareholders and noteholders are advised
that the Group audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2024 have been
released and have been audited by KPMG Inc. and Deloitte & Touche, who expressed an unmodified
opinion thereon. The audited annual financial statements contain no modifications to the reviewed
condensed consolidated financial statements which were made available via the JSE cloudlink and
the Company's weblink on 19 September 2024. The audited annual financial statements are now
available via the JSE cloudlink
