CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT - FRACTION RATE ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF
THE SATRIX MAPPS GROWTH ETF (STXMAG) AMALGAMATION WITH SATRIX GLOBAL
BALANCED FUND OF FUNDS ETF (STXGLB)

Unitholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 2
July 2025 in relation to the fraction rate in respect of the STXMAG
ETF amalgamation with STXGLB ETF ("previous announcement").

The fraction rate on the previous announcement was stated in rands
instead of cents, which has now been updated to the below:

The fraction rate is R54.9960 (5499.60 cents) at LDT+1 less 10%. This
equates to R49.4964 (4949.64 cents), which is 5499.60 cents less 10%.

Other than the change above, all the other information provided on
the previous announcement remains unchanged.
