FRACTION RATE ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE SATRIX HEALTCARE INNOVATION
FEEDER ETF (STXHLT) AMALGAMATION WITH THE SATRIX MSCI WORLD ESG ENHANCED
FEEDER ETF (STXESG)

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 04 November 2025
regarding the finalisation announcement, and the issue price announcement on
Thursday, 13 November 2025, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby announce
the fraction rate.

SATRIX HEALTCARE INNOVATION FEEDER ETF (STXHLT) investors are further advised
that, they will be paid a fractional entitlement in the instance where
fractional ETF securities cannot be issued. This will be equivalent to the
fraction each individual is entitled to based on their individual holdings
in the SATRIX HEALTCARE INNOVATION FEEDER ETF (STXHLT) as at record date
Monday, 17 November 2025.

The conversion ratio is 0.78164. For each STXHLT unit, an investor will
receive 0.78164 STXESG units as at market close on Monday, 17 November 2025.

The fraction rate is R93.448126 (9344.8126 cents) at LDT+1 less 10%. This
equates to R84.1033134 (8410.33134 cents), which is 9344.8126 cents less
10%.

Example of fractional entitlement Assuming an investor holds 10 STXHLT
securities on Monday, 17 November 2025 (Record date), the investor will
receive 10 x 0.78164 = 7.8164 STXESG securities. This is then rounded down
to 7 securities.

The fraction of 0.8164 securities is paid at a rate of R84.1033134
(8410.33134 cents).
