Netcare shareholders are advised that Mr Jacques du Plessis, the managing director of the Group's hospital
division and Executive Committee member, has resigned effective 30 June 2024 to pursue other opportunities.

The Netcare board of directors extends its gratitude to Jacques for his tremendous contribution over the past
twenty-eight years, having initially joined Medicross in 1996 and transitioned to Netcare in 2001, and wishes
him well in his future endeavours.

Dr Erich Bock, has been appointed as the acting managing director of the Group's hospital division with
immediate effect. Dr Bock who holds an MBA and a PhD in business administration, joined Netcare in 2013
and has assumed various roles within the hospital division, including that of hospital manager of various
hospitals and the regional director of the Gauteng North East Region.
