DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT PERIOD ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023 - SYGEMF

The Manager and Trustees of the Sygnia Itrix Collective Investment Scheme (being Sygnia Itrix (RF) (Pty) Limited and Standard
Bank of South Africa Limited), respectively, have declared a distribution to holders of SYGEMF securities ("investors") recorded in the
register on Friday, 12 January 2024 in respect of the period ended 31 December 2023.

An aggregated amount of 21.34448 ZAR cents (R 0.21345) per SYGEMF security is declared as follows:

       establishment in South Africa.
