Shareholders are advised that the Annual Integrated Report ("IR2023") is available on the Company's

Furthermore, the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") together with the summarised annual
financial statements will be distributed to shareholders today.

Shareholders are reminded that the audited annual financial statements were previously released on
SENS on 20 November 2023, available on the JSE cloud link as follows:

Notice of AGM

Notice is hereby given that the 27th annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Company will
be held virtually on Friday, 2 February 2024 at 10:00 (CAT), to consider and, if deemed fit, to pass, with
or without modification, the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM.

The salient dates of the AGM are as follows:

 Record date to receive the Notice of AGM                                   Friday, 8 December 2023
 Distribution date of the Notice of AGM                                    Monday, 18 December 2023
 Last day to trade to be eligible to vote at the AGM                       Tuesday, 23 January 2024
 Record date for voting purposes at the AGM                                 Friday, 26 January 2024
 Forms of proxy to be lodged by no later than 10:00 on*                  Wednesday, 31 January 2024
 AGM to be held at 10:00 on                                                 Friday, 2 February 2024
 Results of the AGM announced on SENS on or about                           Friday, 2 February 2024

*For administrative purposes. Any Form of Proxy not delivered to the transfer secretaries by this time
and date may be provided to the transfer secretaries/chairman of the AGM by no later than immediately
prior to the commencement of voting on the resolutions tabled at the AGM.

Shareholders are advised that Netcare's annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the
