ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGEMF SECURITIES

SYGEMF has issued and will list an additional 800000 securities with effect
from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately
ZAR 14.98 per security.

Following the listing of the 800000 securities, there will be 17116824
SYGEMF securities in issue.
