FURTHER TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2021

Shareholders are referred to the trading statement published on the Stock Exchange News
Service on 25 January 2022 wherein it was advised that Trencor’s basic loss and headline loss
for the year ended 31 December 2021 was expected to be between 0 and 2 cents per share.

Shareholders are now advised that Trencor’s basic earnings and headline earnings per share are
expected to be within the ranges set out below:
