CORRECTION OF ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP OF SECURITIES

The Company previously released an announcement pursuant to Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or
Section 30(h) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, advising the Company’s stockholders that a Form 3 has been filed
with the SEC. The notification stated that this filing was in respect of the change in beneficial ownership of 6 officers of
the company. The notification was in fact in respect of the beneficial ownership of two directors of the Company.
