RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY


With effect from 26 August 2021, Emilie Choi resigned as a director of both Prosus and
Naspers Limited (Naspers). Emilie was also a member of the companies’ risk and
human resources and remuneration committees. The board thanks Emilie for her
valued contribution.

On 30 September 2021, Gillian Kisbey-Green will retire as Naspers and Prosus global
head company secretariat and governance, and as Prosus company secretary. Gillian
will take on an advisory role thereafter. The board thanks Gillian for her tireless
commitment over a career of thirty years with the Naspers group.
