Changes to the composition of board committees - update

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service this
morning regarding changes to the composition of the Company’s board committees, with effect from 23
July 2021.

With reference to the statement in the announcement that Mrs Mary Bomela has been appointed as a
member of the Strategy and Investment Committee, shareholders are further advised that Mrs Bomela
has also been appointed as a member of the Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee, with effect
from 23 July 2021.
