AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT

Shareholders are advised that the Group's audited Consolidated Annual Financial Statements and the separate
audited Annual Financial Statements of the Company, both for the year ended 31 March 2026, have been published
today, 30 June 2026 on the Company's website (https://tfglimited.co.za/investor-relations/reports-presentations/ ).

The Group's audited Consolidated Annual Financial Statements may also be accessed via the JSE cloudlink:

The documents are additionally available for inspection at the Company's registered offices and electronic copies are
available on request from the company secretary at company_secretary@tfg.co.za.

No Change Statement
The audited Consolidated Annual Financial Statements contain no modifications to the previously published
reviewed Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026, which were released on
the Stock Exchange News Service (SENS) on 5 June 2026.

A further announcement will be released on SENS once the Group's suite of reports, including the Notice of Annual
General Meeting, is distributed to shareholders.
