NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF 2025 ANNUAL REPORT


Stakeholders are advised that the NEPI Rockcastle's Integrated Annual Report for the year ended
31 December 2025 ("2025 Annual Report"), will be published today, 18 March 2026 on the Company's
website.

The 2025 Annual Report incorporates the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.
The audit report on the consolidated and separate financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025,
included in 2025 Annual Report, is issued by Ernst & Young Inc. (EY South Africa) and EY Accountants
B.V. (EY Netherlands), who expressed an unmodified audit opinion thereon. The audited consolidated
financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 contain no changes from the reviewed condensed
consolidated financial results published on 24 February 2026.
