PASSING OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – BRIDGITTE MATHEWS

The Board of CA&S ("Board") is deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of Bridgitte
Mathews, an independent non-executive director of the Company, member of the audit and
risk committee and chairperson of the social and ethics committee, on 12 August 2026.

Bridgitte was an exceptional and highly respected corporate leader, whose distinguished
career was characterised by sound judgement, integrity and an unwavering commitment to
the highest standards of corporate governance. She brought considerable expertise, insight
and wisdom to the Company and made a meaningful contribution to its governance and
success.

Bridgitte will be deeply missed by her fellow directors, management and all those at CA&S
who had the privilege of knowing and working with her.

The Board extends its deepest and most sincere condolences to Bridgitte's family and friends
during this difficult time.
