Correction: Voluntary update to shareholders on the UK motor commission matter

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS earlier today regarding the update
to shareholders on the UK motor commission matter ("previous SENS"). The group wishes to correct
its statement on earnings guidance. The new guidance statement is as follows.

The group's pre-motor provision normalised earnings guidance remains intact. The group now
expects full year normalised earnings post the motor provision to contract between 4% to 9% and
the ROE to be at or just below the bottom-end of its stated range.

All other content in the previous SENS remains unchanged.
