Shareholders are hereby notified that the Company’s annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-
Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment
Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been published and is available on the Company’s website at:
https://www.ioco.tech/wp-content/uploads/iOCO_Limited_BBBEE_Certificate.pdf.

iOCO has retained its Level 1 B-BBEE Contributor status for the eighth consecutive year. The Company’s B-BBEE
Certificate reflects 56.47% Black Ownership and 21.64% Black Women Ownership.
