CORONATION PUBLISHES AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE
YEAR ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2025 AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the separate and consolidated audited annual financial
statements of the Company and the group for the year ended 30 September 2025 ("Annual
Financial Statements") have been published and are now available on the JSE cloudlink at
https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2025/JSE/ISSE/CML/AFS2025.pdf and on the
Company's website at https://bit.ly/4oJV6W7.
Individuals who hold or have a beneficial interest in any securities issued by the Company

The Annual Financial Statements contain no modifications to the Reviewed Condensed
Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2025 (over which KPMG
Inc. issued an unmodified review conclusion), released on the Stock Exchange News Service
on Tuesday, 18 November 2025. KPMG Inc. has audited the Annual Financial Statements of
the Company and the group and has issued an unqualified audit report, which includes
communication of key audit matters.
