CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements, the board of
directors ("Board") of Metrofile is pleased to advise shareholders that Mr Bradley Swanepoel,
BCompt Hons, CA(SA), has been appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and an Executive
Director of Metrofile. The commencement date of this appointment is in line with Bradley's notice
period of 6 months, which is currently being negotiated and could result in an earlier start date.
Shareholders will be kept informed in this regard.

Most recently Bradley has served as the Chief Risk Officer of MTN South Africa. Prior to his role as
Chief Risk Officer at MTN South Africa, Bradley held the position of General Manager: Finance
Business Partner at MTN South Africa. Bradley held the role of Finance Director at Samsung South
Africa where he participated as a board member on the Samsung Electronics Board and held the role
of CFO at both Telkom Enterprise and Yellow Pages (Trudon). Bradley completed his articles at
Arthur Andersen which was acquired by KPMG.

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 5 September 2024, where the
Board advised that Mr Shivan Mansingh assumed the role of Managing Director of Metrofile Records
Management South Africa with effect from 1 October 2024 and that Shivan will continue to serve as
an Executive Director of Metrofile. The Board would like to thank Shivan for his valuable
contribution as Group CFO since 1 April 2019 and look forward to his continued contribution in his
new role.
