CHANGE TO THE SOCIAL, ETHICS AND TRANSFORMATION COMMITTEE

Merafe shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 11 March 2026
wherein it was advised that Mr David McGluwa had resigned as a non-executive director of Merafe and,
consequently, as a member of the Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee ("SET Committee") with effect
from 11 March 2026.

In accordance with paragraph 6.71(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, and in order to ensure that the
composition of the SET Committee aligns with the recommendations of the King Code on Corporate
Governance for South Africa, Shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Zanele Matlala has stepped down from
the SET Committee with effect from 23 March 2026.

Consequently, the Committee will comprise the following members:

      •   Ms Nonhlanhla Mabusela-Aikhuere ^ (Chairperson);
      •   Mr Steve Phiri ^; and
      •   Mr Ditabe Chocho #.
