NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Company was notified that the following Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
("PDMRs"), exercised options over ordinary shares of 1 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”) under the BTG
Performance Share Plan and the BTG Deferred Bonus Share Plan, where applicable. The Directors/PDMRs then
immediately disposed of Ordinary Shares acquired under the exercises in order to meet the taxation arising on
the exercises. The Company was further notified that Sam Mudd, Chief Executive Officer, and Andrew Holden,
Chief Financial Officer, withdrew from the 2024 BTG Sharesave Plan, with the associated options cancelled.
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market
Abuse Regulation.
