Investors are advised that 2 500 000 10X Wealth GOVI ETF securities will be delisted on the JSE at an issue
price of R11.86 per security.

Following the listing there will be 300 473 297 10X Wealth GOVI ETF securities in issue with effect from
Friday, 23 October 2026.
