ANNUAL RESULTS RELEASE DATE AND HYBRID PRESENTATION


Dipula, a South Africa-focused REIT, will release its annual financial results for the twelve months ended 31 August
2026 (the "annual results") on SENS on Wednesday, 11 November 2026.

Management will host a briefing on the annual results as follows:
