NOTICE OF PROPOSED 2029 NOTES REPURCHASE

MAS SECURITIES B.V.
(incorporated in The Netherlands with limited liability)

MAS Securities B.V. (the "Issuer"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and Issuer of the EUR 40,2230,000 6.5 per
cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2029 guaranteed by MAS (ISIN: XS2811552459) (the "Notes") announced to its bondholders
that it has reached agreement in principle with the sole holder of the Notes to repurchase all of the Notes at 101 per cent of
their principal amount, together with accrued interest. The transaction is expected to be completed on 4 September 2026.
