REVIEWED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025(1) AND FINAL DIVIDEND
- Revenue of R41.8 billion, up 3% from R40.7 billion
- Profit(2) of R7.1 billion, down 7% from R7.6 billion
- AEPS of 3 178 cents, down 14 cents from 3 192 cents
- HEPS of 3 247 cents, up 8% from 3 016 cents
- Final dividend of 1 000 cents per share, up 15% from
866 cents per share

Exxaro, a large South African-based diversified resources group, with interests in the
coal, energy and metals markets released its reviewed condensed group financial statements
for the year ended 31 December 2025 (condensed financial statements).

is not reviewed or audited but is extracted from the underlying reviewed information.
The condensed financial statements have been reviewed by the Company's auditors, KPMG Inc,
who issued an unmodified review conclusion thereon.
Notice of final cash dividend
At the board of directors meeting on 17 March 2026, the directors approved a gross final
dividend of 1 000 cents per share. The final dividend is payable on 11 May 2026 to
shareholders who will be on the register on 8 May 2026. The final dividend was declared
from income generated during the year ended 31 December 2025 and has been declared from
income reserves. The final dividend is subject to dividend withholding tax at a rate of
20% for all shareholders who are not exempt from or do not qualify for a reduced rate of
dividend withholding tax (net local dividend amounts to 800.00000 cents per share).

First trading day ex dividend on the JSE Wednesday, 6 May 2026
Record date Friday, 8 May 2026
Payment date Monday, 11 May 2026
