CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraphs 6.71 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited (“JSE”), the board of directors of
Hudaco (“the board”) hereby notifies its shareholders of the following changes to the board:

Clifford Amoils, who has been group financial director since 2009, is currently 65 years of age so will be retiring from
the board at the end of February 2027. In keeping with Hudaco’s practice of well-managed succession, the board is
pleased to announce that Reena Magan, who joined the group in 2013 as financial director of the Filter and Hose
Solutions business (“FHS”), will be appointed to the board with effect from 1 March 2027, in his stead. Reena is a
member of the executive committee of Hudaco and currently holds the positions of managing director of FHS,
portfolio executive for Deltec Energy Solutions and chairman of the group IT Governance committee. She is a
Chartered Accountant (SA) and member of the Institute of Directors. Her qualifications include a BCom (Information
Systems), a Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online and a Certificate in Social
Entrepreneurship from the Gordon Institute of Business Science.

In terms of paragraph 6.73 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, the board confirms that a fit and proper assessment
has been undertaken on Reena Magan and that the board is satisfied with the outcome.

Hudaco further confirms that there are no positive statements to report in respect of the integrity information
contained in the director’s declaration.
