Finalisation announcement regarding the changes to the investment
policy and the name of the Satrix Property Portfolio.

Holders of the Satrix Property Portfolio securities are referred to
the announcement published on SENS by Satrix Collective Investment
Scheme on 03 June 2026 regarding the ballot results on the proposed
changes to the investment policy and the name of the portfolio.

The ballot was successful and FSCA approval of the ballot and changes
was obtained on 07 May 2026.

Changes

The investment policy of the portfolio will be modified. The portfolio
will no longer track the S&P South Africa Composite Property Capped
Index, but will track the movement of the FTSE/JSE All Property Index
(J803).

The portfolio long name will change from Satrix Property Portfolio to
Satrix Property ETF. The JSE code, ISIN, and short names will not
change.
