their Pillar 3 Risk and Capital Management Report for the 6 months ended 30 June 2026. This report is

At 30 June 2026, Nedbank Group reported a CET1 capital adequacy ratio, including unappropriated
profits of 12.6% (December 2025: 12.9%, June 2025: 13.1%), which was above the board-approved
target range of 11.0% to 12.5%, a Liquidity Coverage Ratio of 126.5% (December 2025: 131.5%, June
2025: 126.8%) and a Net Stable Funding Ratio of 119.0% (December 2025: 116.3%, June 2025:
118.0%).


The disclosures have not been audited or independently reviewed by the group’s joint external auditors.
