Share Buyback Programme – Second Tranche

Dublin, London, Johannesburg | 24 June 2026: On 5 March 2026, Greencoat Renewables PLC
("Greencoat Renewables" or the "Company") announced a €100 million share buyback
programme to complete over the next 12 months. On the same day, Greencoat Renewables
announced the details of a first tranche (the "First Tranche") to return up to €25 million of
capital to shareholders.

Greencoat Renewables today announces its intention to commence a second tranche (the
"Second Tranche") which will return a further €25m of capital to shareholders, to begin on

Greencoat Renewables announces that it has entered into an agreement with J&E Davy
("Davy") and RBC Europe Limited ("RBC") under which it has issued instructions to manage

(ii) the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and the Commission Delegated
Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (including as each of them forms part of retained EU
law in the United Kingdom ("UK") from time to time, including, where relevant,
pursuant to the UK's European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and Market Abuse
(Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019) as well as the applicable laws and
