APPOINTMENT OF AN INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the Company ("Board") is pleased to announce
that Mrs Zibusiso Kganyago ("Director") has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company, with
effect from 1 September 2026. Zibusiso will be a member of the following sub-committees:
     •    Audit Committee
     •    Risk Committee
     •    Social and Ethics Committee
     •    Nominations Committee

No further changes have been made to the committees.

Zibusiso is a highly accomplished executive with more than 30 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, gaming and large-
scale property development across South Africa. Her career spans some of the country’s most significant gaming, hotel and
mixed-use developments. She served for over two decades at Tsogo Sun Limited, leaving as Group Development Director.
She has served as a board member at the Johannesburg Property Company (SOC) Limited, SANRAL, PPC Limited, Hospitality
Property Fund and on the Foundation for Human Rights. Zibusiso holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with majors in
finance, economics, administration and marketing as well as a Diploma in Advanced Property Practice. Her executive
education includes participation in the Effective Leadership program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

The Board confirms that a fit and proper assessment, as contemplated in the JSE Listings Requirements, was undertaken in
respect of the Director and that the Board is satisfied with the outcome thereof.

Zibusiso has provided the Company with the information to be included in the director's declaration in accordance with the
JSE Listings Requirements and the Board confirms that there are no positive statements or disclosures to report in relation
to the integrity information contained in her declaration.

The Board welcomes Zibusiso and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
