Additional Listing Of SYGESG Securities

SYGESG has issued and will list an additional 600000 securities with effect
from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately
ZAR 57.31 per security.

Following the listing of the 600000 securities, there will be 39564715
SYGESG securities in issue.
