                                Total Voting Rights and Capital

As at 31 July 2026, Quilter plc (the "Company") had 1,367,347,382 ordinary shares of 8 1/6 pence
each in issue. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote at general meetings of the
Company.

The Company holds no shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the
Company as at 31 July 2026 was 1,367,347,382. This figure (1,367,347,382) may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they
are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the
Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTR").
