which are expected to be released on the Stock Exchange News Service on, or about, 12 November 2024.
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Premier is required to publish a
trading statement as soon as it is satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that its financial results for
H1-FY2025 will differ by 20% or more, when compared to those reported for the previous comparative period.
In this regard, shareholders are advised of the following:
Reported H1-FY2024 Expected range Expected %

The Group has achieved moderate revenue growth during the period under review despite the high-interest rate
environment, constrained consumer spending and volatile soft commodity prices. The Group's improvement in
operational earnings was driven by a continued focus on margin management, cost saving initiatives and the
delivery of material operational efficiencies across both manufacturing and the Group's logistics and distribution
channels.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed and reported on by the
Company's external auditors.
