LAPSE OF SHARE OPTIONS

On 16 August 2024, MC Mining Limited (MC Mining or the Company) announced that it would, subject
to conditions, extend the validity period of the 8,000,000 share options that had been granted to Mr
Godfrey Gomwe, the previous Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) as part of his
employment contract.


As none of the conditions have been fulfilled within the stipulated timeframe of the extended validity
period, the options have now lapsed and can no longer be exercised.
