APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD AND TO BOARD COMMITTEES

In compliance with Paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings requirements,
shareholders are advised of the following changes to the Company’s Board of
Directors (“Board”) and to the Board Committees (“Committees”).

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Mimi Freddie Magugu (“Freddie”) has
been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company with
effect from 05 October 2023.

Freddie is currently a non-executive director for Hosken Consolidated Investments
Limited (“HCI”) and has filled this position since April 1998. Freddie has been serving
the community in East London and Mitchell’s Plain as a pastor since 2006. Prior to
this appointment he reached the position of national organising secretary for the
Southern African Clothing and Textile Workers’ Union.

BOARD COMMITTEES

Freddie has been appointed as a member of both the Audit Committee and of the
Remuneration Committee. He will also be fulfilling the role of Chairperson of the
Social and Ethics Committee.

The Board wishes Freddie well in his new role and looks forward to his contribution.
