ANNUAL RESULTS RELEASE DATE AND HYBRID PRESENTATION


Dipula, a South African focused REIT that owns a portfolio of retail, office, industrial and residential assets across South
Africa, will release its reviewed condensed consolidated financial results for the twelve months ended 31 August 2024
(the "annual results") on SENS on Wednesday, 13 November 2024.

Management will host a briefing on the annual results as follows:
