INTERIM RESULTS RELEASE DATE AND VIRTUAL PRESENTATION


Dipula, a South Africa focused REIT that owns a portfolio of retail, office, industrial and residential assets across the
country, will release its unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial results for the six months ended 28 February
2025 (the "interim results") on SENS on Wednesday, 14 May 2025.

Management will host a virtual briefing on the interim results as follows:
