VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: E X T E N S I O N O F P E R I O D F O R FILING OF
VOLUNTARY SELF-DISCLOSURE NARRATIVE ACCOUNT TO U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE,
BUREAU OF INDUSTRY AND SECURITY

Shareholders are referred to the Company's announcement dated 13 September 2024, in which the
Company advised that it had filed of an initial notification of voluntary self-disclosure with the U.S.
Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security ("BIS") regarding potential export control
violations that the Company is investigating in respect of sales of certain goods to its Russian subsidiary.

Given the complexities involved in the investigation, the BIS has granted an extension of the deadline for
the Company to complete its investigation and submit a final narrative account of voluntary self-disclosure,
to 2 June 2025.


The Company will provide a further market update relating to the above in due course.
