RETIREMENT OF CFO AND COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR DIDIER OESCH

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements ("JSELR"), the board
of directors of ADvTECH ("Board") announce that Mr Didier Oesch ("Didier") will be retiring and stepping
down as Executive Director of the Board, member of the Investment Committee, CFO and Commercial
Director of the Company at the end of April 2025. Didier will remain available to the Group for
consultation purposes following his retirement to ensure a seamless handover of his functions.

The Board wishes to thank Didier for his outstanding contribution to the Group's financial and capital
management during his tenure. Didier oversaw the finance portfolio during a period of strong growth for
the Group, with market capitalisation on the JSE increasing from R709m to the current R14.8bn during
his tenure.

The Board has commenced a process to appoint a suitable candidate as successor to Didier and is
confident that such a candidate will be identified in the near future and well prior to Didier stepping
down. Shareholders will be advised, in accordance with the provisions of the JSELR, as soon as such
a candidate has been identified.
