registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control
Act, 45 of 2002.


PARTIAL DELISTING OF SYGJP SECURITIES


SYGJP will partially delist 12451265 securities from the JSE with
commencement of business today, at an approximate price of ZAR 21.37 per
security.


Following the delisting of these securities, there will be 46716604 SYGJP
securities in issue.
