registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control
Act, 45 of 2002.


PARTIAL DELISTING OF SYGP SECURITIES


SYGP will partially delist 691633 securities from the JSE with commencement
of business today, at an approximate price of ZAR 48.28 per security.


Following the delisting of these securities, there will be 15806270 SYGP
securities in issue.
