ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGP SECURITIES

SYGP has issued and will list an additional 702500 securities with effect
from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately
ZAR 46.84 per security.

Following the listing of the 702500 securities, there will be 16497903 SYGP
securities in issue.
