ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGP SECURITIES

SYGP has issued and will list an additional 3453833 securities with effect
from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately
ZAR 46.35 per security.

Following the listing of the 3453833 securities, there will be 15474257
SYGP securities in issue.
