TRADING STATEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE SIX
MONTHS ENDED 31 AUGUST 2023


In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, a listed company is required to publish a
trading statement as soon as it becomes reasonably certain that the financial results for the
next period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the
previous corresponding period.

PSG Financial Services hereby advises that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that for
the six months ended 31 August 2023 (all amounts presented in ZAR):

   •   recurring headline earnings per share will be between 37.1 cents and 38.2 cents, being
       between 20% and 23%, higher than the 31.0 cents reported for the six months ended
       31 August 2022;
   •   recurring headline earnings per share excluding amortisation will be between 39.8
       cents and 41.0 cents, being between 18% and 22%, higher than the 33.7 cents
       reported for the six months ended 31 August 2022;
   •   headline earnings per share will be between 37.1 cents and 38.2 cents, being between
       20% and 23%, higher than the 31.0 cents reported for the six months ended 31 August
       2022; and
   •   attributable earnings per share will be between 37.1 cents and 38.2 cents, being
       between 19% and 23%, higher than the 31.1 cents reported for the six months ended
       31 August 2022.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by PSG Financial Services’ auditor.

PSG Financial Services’ financial results for the six months ended 31 August 2023 are
expected to be published on or about Wednesday, 11 October 2023.
