FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE PROPOSED NAME CHANGE OF
THE COMPANY

Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are referred to the Company’s results of
annual general meeting (“AGM”) announcement which was released on the Stock Exchange
News Service on 13 July 2023, advising Shareholders of the approval of the resolutions
proposed at the AGM, including special resolution number 5, as set out in the notice of AGM,
which pertains to the proposed name change of the Company.

The Company has received confirmation from the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission of the registration of special resolution number 5, thereby approving the name
change.

The name of the Company will change from “PSG Konsult Limited” to “PSG Financial Services
Limited”, with the following details:

    •   the short name shall change to “PSG FIN”;
    •   the long name shall change to “PSG Financial Services”;
    •   the JSE share code shall remain “KST”;
    •   the ISIN number shall remain ZAE000191417;
    •   the sector of the Company shall remain unchanged; and
    •   the Company will retain its Shareholder register and its trading history.

The final salient dates and times relating to the change of name are as follows:

updated with the new name

*Shareholders may not dematerialise or rematerialise their PSG Konsult shares after the last
day to trade in PSG Konsult shares prior to the name change.
