ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGEU SECURITIES

SYGEU has issued and will list an additional 238204 securities with effect
from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately
ZAR 87.16 per security.


Following the listing of the 238 204 securities, there will be 34 063 502
SYGEU securities in issue.
