A portfolio in the Sygnia Itrix Collective Investment Scheme in Securities,
registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control
Act, 45 of 2002.

PARTIAL DELISTING OF SYGEU SECURITIES

SYGEU will partially delist 400 000 securities from the JSE with
commencement of business today, at an approximate price of ZAR 89.02 per
security.

Following the delisting of these securities, there will be 33 825 298 SYGEU
securities in issue.
