CHANGE TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE TSG BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of the Equity Listings Requirements, and
paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements, shareholders and noteholders are advised that the
following change will be made to the composition of the TSG board of directors:

1.    Mrs Annelize Hoyer has resigned as an executive director of TSG and as the Chief Financial
      Officer of the Group with effect from close of business on 30 September 2021.

2.    Mr Gregory Lunga has been elected as an executive director of TSG and as the Chief Financial
      Officer of the Group to replace Mrs Hoyer with effect from 1 October 2021.

Mr Lunga, a qualified Chartered Accountant, has been part of the Tsogo Sun Gaming Group since
2001 and is currently the financial director of the Group’s casino division. His appointment was made
pursuant to the Group’s policy dealing with the nomination of directors.

The Company wishes to thank Mrs Hoyer for her significant contribution to the Group and welcomes
Mr Lunga to the Board.
